ajiho is a specialist advisory firm working across transfer pricing, treasury, tax and the finance function — the full set of decisions behind how a group is structured, how it is financed, and how that financing is priced and defended. It exists to keep businesses connected across borders, and uses its specialism in financial transactions to partner with ambitious companies and support their growth.

Built as a bridge between treasury and tax — a gap the market has long left underserved — ajiho works with ambitious businesses that need genuine specialist depth: mid-market multinationals, large corporates and private-equity-backed groups. The firm operates through AJIHO Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and AJIHO Ltd. (United Kingdom), serving clients across Asia-Pacific, the UK, Europe, the Nordics and the Middle East.

It was founded by Martin Dathan, who previously headed the financial transactions team for the Nordics at Deloitte and established the APAC Global Treasury Centre of Excellence at EY, whilst building his expertise across the UK, Australia and Denmark. Through Signal, its market-intelligence platform, ajiho publishes open analysis of the rulings, market moves and sector shifts that shape how financial transactions are priced and defended.
