Who we are
ajiho is a specialist advisory firm. We bridge treasury and tax — across financial transactions, transfer pricing, and the finance function.
Our philosophy
We believe the organisations that see change coming grow through it, not despite it. And we believe business is one of the strongest ways people connect across borders — which is exactly what ajiho is built to do.
How we workWe're not driven by timesheets, and we're not built on leverage.
What that buys you is more, not less: a lean, expert-led team that can go further inside an engagement than a traditional structure allows. And where the right answer is helping you build the capability to insource and run this independently, that's exactly what we'll do.

Martin Dathan built ajiho the way he's built his career — across borders, and at the intersection of treasury and tax. With foundations in financial services transfer pricing in London, he rose to senior positions across the Big Four in Melbourne and Copenhagen — including as geographical lead of the financial services transfer pricing practice in Melbourne, a founding role in establishing the APAC Global Treasury Centre of Excellence at EY, and Head of Financial Transactions for the Nordics at Deloitte.
Martin strongly believes that transfer pricing is a two-sided conversation — developed through his extensive experience across APAC and EMEA. His ethos is that in a globally connected world, the bridge between people and businesses across borders is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
The belief that drives ajiho is simple: the best advisers find solutions, they don't scope them out. Every engagement is built around what your business actually needs.
ajiho is the natural next step.
The nameA name carries intention. ajiho draws on Korean heritage — wisdom and brilliance, rendered in the quiet confidence of lowercase.
