Please read these terms before using the tool. By entering your details and selecting “Show my results”, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept them.

1. What this tool is

This tool applies publicly available credit-rating methodologies and academic research to the figures you enter and returns three illustrative implied ratings, together with commentary. It is a demonstration provided by AJIHO PTE. LTD. (“ajiho”, “we”, “us”).

2. Not credit ratings

The outputs are illustrative only. They are not credit ratings. They have not been issued, reviewed, endorsed or approved by any credit rating agency or other party, and they must not be described or relied upon as credit ratings.

3. Not advice, and no reliance

The results and commentary are general information only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, financial or investment advice, and must not be relied upon for any pricing, financing, tax-filing or other decision. Using this tool does not create an adviser, client or professional relationship between you and ajiho.

4. No use in transfer pricing documentation

The outputs may not be used in, or cited in support of, any transfer pricing documentation, study, analysis or filing without ajiho’s prior written consent.

5. No guarantee of outcome

There is no assurance that a tax authority, rating agency, lender, auditor or court would reach the same or a similar conclusion. As the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines note (Chapter X, paras 10.72–10.74), tools of this kind rely on limited quantitative data, depend on the accuracy of inputs, and can differ significantly from the analysis behind official ratings.

6. Your figures

Results depend entirely on the figures and answers you provide, which we do not check or verify. Your figures are not stored, and are never linked to your name or email. We collect your name, job title and email only to record your acceptance of these terms and, if you opt in, to send you occasional insights; you can opt out at any time. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Scope

This tool is not designed for banks, insurers or other financial institutions, funds, investment holding companies or project finance vehicles, and should not be used for them.

8. Intellectual property

The tool, its interface and its underlying models are the property of ajiho. The methodologies and research it draws on remain the property of their respective owners. “S&P”, “Fitch”, “Moody’s” and related marks are the trademarks of their respective owners; ajiho is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of them, and references to them are for identification only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ajiho accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this tool or its outputs. The tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
